• We do not guarantee profits or trading success
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Billing and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you agree that:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• Refunds are provided within 14 days of initial purchase
• You can cancel your subscription at any time

Limitation of Liability

TraderMesh and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data loss.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of TraderMesh after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
